Rising Leaders Mentorship Program
The Rising Leaders Mentorship Program is a three-month-long program that aims to facilitate professional development and fulfillment for both new and seasoned hospitality executives. Rising Leaders meet with mentors monthly, in-person or virtual, for one-on-one counsel and guidance through a career path in hospitality.
Rising Leaders:
We are looking for:
- Hospitality employees from any area of hospitality who aspires to grow within the sector.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience and must be an HSMAINY member.
- Ideally full-time employees in the hospitality industry, but this is not essential.
- Has the capacity, availability, and commitment to work with a mentor for the entirety of the program.
