For Better or For Worse:
Many people speak of on-going pandemic recovery, what it may finally look like, what it will feel like and how it may manifest. There is no doubt in my mind there will be full recovery, in dollars and cents. What I also believe is that humanity will never be quite the same. A world-wide phenomenon such as this pandemic has far-reaching ramifications. I believe the opportunity for personal reflection this pandemic provided the world is profound.
I have spoken to many people who have had a transformative experience; their world perspective has been altered. No matter the job or number of hours one may work, people want the hours to have meaning, substance and fulfilment. I believe business will be wise to recognize this need. Those that do will find their business flourish in ways they have never imagined. Every tunnel needs a light, room for growth, a place where everyone believes their potential can be not only seen, but realized. I believe the universe is an abundant place that will reward you with what you ask for, perhaps not as you envision it, but manifest it will. Employers and employees have a common goal that is not always well articulated, but it is crucial to remember, each wants to thrive.
Do your best to draw a path for each other, act always in good faith, and no one will be left behind.
