Registrations are transferable to another individual within the same organization at the same tier (Member or Non-Member) but you must notify us in writing at least two (2) days prior to the event.

HSMAI Greater New York Chapter reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered attendees will be notified promptly.

Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to adhere to HSMAI Greater New York Chapter's Code of Conduct during events. HSMAI Greater New York Chapter reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates the Code of Conduct without a refund.

Photography and Videography: By attending the event, attendees grant HSMAI Greater New York Chapter the right to use photographs and/or videos taken at the event for promotional purposes.
