Presented by the esteemed SEAN HENNESSEY, CEO of Lodging Advisors and Associate Professor at NYU’s Jonathan M. Tisch Center of Hospitality, who will provide his insights on the state of our NYC hospitality market. Professor Hennessey will look back on 2024 and the impact the year will have on 2025 and years to come for travelers and hotels alike. With a special focus on trends specific to New York City, he plans to delve into international trends, comparable major US and international cities to provide additional context to our local market.

Joined by his colleague, Brian Barker, the leader of NYU’s Alliance for Hospitality, Equity and Diversity to touch on the National effort to enhance opportunities in our industry.

Prior to his retirement from NYU in the Spring of 2024, Professor Hennessey has been recognized by Crain’s as "One of the country's top hotel consultants.
